Helene and I first met a few years ago and since then have worked on various projects together. Helene would interview our subjects and I would photograph them – Homelessness Week for the @cityofhobarttas would be one we’ve cherished being involved with. We also ran a fun little micro festival for a couple of years called Stories in September. Fun but a lot more work than we both imagined lol

Helene is now off on a new adventure and moving to the Mainland to be closer to her daughter and pursue new storytelling opportunities :)
