Andrew is a Tasmanian Photographer who is inspired by the rich story of Tasmania’s landscape, light and her people.
Highly regarded for his depth of visual storytelling, craft skills and striking compositions.
A childhood spent exploring the Tasmanian landscape and coastlines, Andrew became a student of photography through his formative years before refining his understanding of light, composition and storytelling while working as a Producer in the Tasmanian film industry for over two decades.
Andrew’s dedication to visual storytelling was further honed through the publishing of his best-selling illustrated coffee table books – Old Sea Dogs of Tasmania in 2013 and 2016. Naturally inquisitive, and with an eye for the raw and original, Andrew’s photographic clientele and portfolio is diverse. He can be regularly found working with small producers, advertising agencies and government departments; however story is at the heart of everything he captures. What Tasmanian story would you like Andrew to tell for you?
